Why should I register with EnginePartsOnline?

By registering on the site EnginePartsOnline, you will receive an individual discount on the goods, you can track statuses and histories of all your orders, add new shipping addresses and save lists of viewed products. Upon registration you enter all the necessary data at once, and then such data are used by you in each subsequent order. Go here in order to Register and fill in all the required fields. Why do I see “Log in for pricing” instead of the price for goods?

This situation may occur both when you are not registered on the EnginePartsOnline site, or if you are logged out from the account. If you have an account, you need to Sign In. If you do not have an account yet, go here in order to Register and fill in all the required fields.

How can I register with EnginePartsOnline?

         To create an account on EnginePartsOnline, you need to Register and fill in all the required fields.

After successful creation of the account, you will see the following message:

Your account has been created.

Thank you for creating your account at EnginePartsOnline. Your account details have been emailed to yourmail@yourdomen.index

Important: if you have not received an e-mail confirming the creation of account within 15-20 minutes after registration, please, check that you have indicated a correct mail by going to your Account. There you can check your e-mail address. If the address is correct, please, Contact Us to find out the reason of failure.

If you have been already registered on EnginePartsOnline, please,  follow the link  Sign In and fill in the fields 'Email Address' and 'Password'.

Why should I indicate VAT payer code when registering?

EnginePartsOnline is a store designed exclusively for business purposes (sales for business partners). For this reason, upon registration VAT payer code is required.


What should I do if I forgot my password

If you forgot your password, you can easily restore it. To do this, you need to go to Sign In, click the link 'Forgot your password?'. There you will find instructions for password recovery.

Search for products on the site.

How should I search for product on the site?

Method 1: Click 'Search' in the upper right corner and enter product number in the opened line according to original MWM/Caterpillar catalog or product name. You can enter the whole number or only a part of the code. The input format can be XXXXXXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX-XXXX. When entering a partial code, the system will offer you all products that contain the desired combination of numbers. If the number you are looking for has been replaced by another number, the system will show you the current number, and in the product card itself the field 'Old number' or 'New number' will appear with the number you are looking for.

         Method 2: You can use the goods catalog and go to the desired section where you will find the product you are interested in.

If you could not find the product you need in our store, you can send us a request via Contact Form. We will try to find the goods you need promptly.

Ordering.

How should I order the goods?

Enter the site EnginePartsOnline with your account, choose the product you need, add it to the cart, choose the convenient delivery way and pay for the order. After that, you will only have to receive your order.

Payment.

How can I pay for an order in the EnginePartsOnline store?

You can pay for your order by ways of:

Bank transfer, based on the invoice.

Payment cards VISA and MasterCard.

Using your PayPal account.

 

Does your site have a mobile version? 

 You can freely make purchases on the Engine Parts Online site from any stationary computer, tablet or mobile device. The site automatically adapts to each of them.


Shipping and costs

The cost of shipping depends on the type of cargo, destination and mode of delivery. The cost is calculated automatically when placing an order. Our partner in the shipping of goods is TNT. Please note that the form of account contains the list of countries where we deliver the goods. If your country is not in the list, you can pick up the goods by your own at our office at (Metalo st. 10, Vilnius, LT-02190 Lithuania, Monday - Friday, 8.30 to 17.30), or contact us so that we can offer you a convenient solution.

In the event the goods from your order are not available in full in the warehouse, we immediately ship to you the goods available on stock and the remaining ones will be shipped to you after they arrive at our warehouse. There is no additional shipping fee in this case.
