The Seller undertakes in relation to the Buyer’s order and processing of the purchase to comply with legal data protection regulations to ensure adequate protection and security for customer data.
Visiting the website
The website of the Seller www.enginepartsonline.eu can be used without the need to provide personal data. Access data without reference to any particular person will be stored merely for the purpose of statistics; it will be automatically transmitted by the Buyer’s browser to the Seller’s server upon every access to the website. On the website of the Seller is collected the following information when visiting the Buyer: IP address, the pages was visited on website and how long for, Buyer's GPS location (where was permitted access to this), the internet browser, internet provider and devices the Buyer are using, the website address from which was accessed website, «Live chat» records, any information within correspondence that the Buyer send to the Seller. These data are stored separately from data entered by the Buyer manually.
The data collected in this way cannot be assigned to a specific person.
Order procedure
The Seller shall be entitled to collect, store, process, distribute to certain parties and use personal data of the Buyer (e.g. shipping service providers, Seller’s bank) within the framework of applicable data protection regulations.
For this purpose, the Buyer gives consent to collection, storage, processing, distribution and usage by the Seller of the necessary personal data entered in the course of order processing. The Buyer gives its consent to forwarding of personal data in certain cases to shipping service providers working on the Seller’s behalf and, if necessary in the particular case, to the Seller’s bank. Without the Buyer’s consent in this regard, the order cannot be carried out.
Personal data are the data that contain information regarding personal and financial situation of a certain or identifiable legal person. In particular, the following data will be obtained as part of purchase order processing: first name, last name, company name, VAT number, address (street, city, province, country, zip/postcode), delivery address, if different, banking details, phone number, e-mail address, website, password.

Confirmation by e-mail
The Buyer gives his consent, which maybe withdrawn by him at any time at his discretion, to the Seller to use without restrictions the entered personal data by e-mail as part of order confirmation, in particular the Buyer’s address and bank details. The Buyer undertakes that he or somebody authorized by him is the only person who can access his e-mail account. The Buyer is aware that only limited confidentiality can be guaranteed for unencrypted e-mails.
Partial Purchases
If you have started to buy one of our products, but have not completed the purchase, you may have provided partial information, such as your email. In that case, we might send you an email to remind you about your interest. If you are not comfortable in receiving further emails of this kind, we will give you a simple opportunity to opt-out. Your privacy means a lot to us and we will stop sending you these communications right away.
Connection with social networks
Plug-ins of the social network Facebook are integrated in this website. These can be recognized by Facebook logo or the “Like” button.
When the Buyer visits the website, a direct connection is made to Facebook. A notification is sent to Facebook of the Buyer’s visiting the website with information on IP address. If you click on the “Like” button while you are logged in with Facebook, you can be linked to the website content on your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to assign the visit to our website with your user account. If you do not wish to have this, simply log out from your Facebook user account. Functions of the Twitter service are integrated into our website. These functions are offered by Twitter Inc., 795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Newsletter
As a customer you have the option to sign up for our newsletter. By entering you agree to receive a newsletter to your e-mail address. There are two ways to sign up for our newsletter.

- Using a field 'Subscribe to our newsletter' on the right bottom of each page.
The unsubscribe button will always be in the footer of an actual newsletter sent out. Unsubscribe will not be present in the initial email sent out to confirm subscription though.

There shall be no other use or forwarding of personal data to any third party, unless the user has given his express consent to this in advance or the Seller is obliged by law to make the data in question available.

You have specific rights concerning your personal data that we are honored to enforce without undue delay: access, correct, erasure, port, object. Personal data of the Buyer necessary for processing of the purchase order placed before the cancellation is received shall be deleted only after this purchase order has been executed.
Information on stored data
The user is entitled at any time to access the personal data stored by TS CENTRAS regarding his person at no cost. This information shall be provided through the access to the personal account or as an answer to the request in writing. The request for information is to be submitted using the e-mail address indicated by the user to: info@enginepartsonline.eu, admin@enginepartsonline.eu.
The Buyer undertakes not to transfer its connection data to any third parties. In case of data loss the Buyer shall immediately inform the Seller via e-mail info@enginepartsonline.eu, admin@enginepartsonline.eu.
In case of data change in the Buyer’s registration form, the Buyer shall update it immediately.
Duration of data storage
We keep your data for as long as you have an account with us. We also keep some data for security investigation. Most importantly, we have specific obligations for fraud detection and tax reasons. Therefore, we might need to retain certain data even if you ask to delete it.
